The new foreclosure law that takes effect Monday July 1 is a mess beyond much of any thing we’ve seen before.
On one hand, the complexities and the new requirements provide important new hurdles for the banks and their lawyers. On the other hand, the Rocket Docket on Steroids Show Cause Proceedings promise real harm for consumers and
will cause some sales to be held in days after a foreclosure is filed!
