I just started to look her up and I have been following for a long time now and then I see this… The Depo her, but Laurie Meder signed the Allonge and there are two assignments on loan after the Trust was closed and one was done right after our Bankruptcy Discharged, which our loan was part of, Mellon was not a mentioned creditor.
Now BOA dumped this Discharged loan on Select something and they are our new server, they are trying to go after the debt. What debt it was discharged too bad, this was overlooked by ex-lawyer, judge, Mellon…
They don’t have anything to stand on. I requested an Oral Hearing with Motion for Reconsideration which the judge denied. Preparing an answer to Mellon’s reply…
