My time here writing freely and speaking my mind (and almost always backed up by good research or facts) is sadly coming to an end. As I have referred to rather vaguely over the last several months, speech is no longer free in this country….and especially speech that challenges powerful interests and the status quo. Forget what you thought you knew about this country, your freedoms and protections….those are naive and quaint illusions from a time far, far away and long, long ago.
For now…and only for a little while longer…I’ve got just a few more bits of information to share with you….God willing I won’t be one forever, but my ability to share with you all will be severely restrained….

Very sad to read that your writing freely and speaking your mind is coming to an end on this blog. It sounds like you are being censored by the Florida Bar. You are correct that speech which challenges powerful interests is at risk. I think it has always been that way. As for the freedoms and protections of this country, those “naive and quaint illusions from a time far, far away and long, long ago”, those freedoms and protections have always been an illusion for most folks. So on that point we disagree. Most of us are just pawns in a giant game controlled by powerful interests. This point was illustrated recently on the blog Of Two Minds: “Why play by the rules when you know the game is rigged? To do so is to condone your enslavement.”

Thank you for your courage writing this blog, it has meant a lot to me and many others.
I will be sorry to see your expressions of truth, removed from your blog. I do however understand the reasons you must. In order to be a lawyer, one must remain a lawyer.
Along with Howard, I will miss your rants, and now will have to find something else to read with my morning coffee.
A few months ago you were angered about the courts treatment of homeowners, and wondered if your were overreacting as renters are being removed/evicted every day, and what the difference was.
Of course the difference is the LAW!
That the courts are not following the law or the civil rules of procedure, upsets you as it should.
But you are bound as a attorney from exposing the court to ridicule, even if it is deserved.
The Florida Bar is more concerned with you and Chip Parker, than foreclosure mill lawyers who have committed massive fraud, like David Stern and BenEzra & Katz, whom it seems are bullet proof, from action from the bought off Bar Associations across our country.
So in order to do the most good, you must retain your standing. I think you and Chip are more helpfull to people than you think.
Chip Parker through his YouTube video, told me to check the assignment, and I did. Through google I found other assignments from DocX signed by Korrel Harp and Tawanna Thomas. When Lynn Szymoniak called out for DocX assignments, at her website Fraud Digest, I was the first to respond, and between what she had and I had we could see and expose the fraud that now has been exposed on 60 Min and is being investigated. I have borrowed many of your pleadings into my pro se defenses. Thank you for publishing them for others.
I think you and Mr Parker are going to win huge victories, for Florida homeowners, and to do so requires you to temper your truth.

this really saddens me. You’ve had the guts to tell the truth, and to restate a quote I’ve been seeing lately, “In a time of universal deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act.” Thank you for your courage and passion and PLEASE don’t lose it.
To second rictic, is there anything WE can do to help? Write letters, get a petition going, something to put “push back”? We can’t afford to let fraudulent foreclosure mills walk away unscathed while the Truth Warriors are punished.

We filed our 32-page RICO federal lawsuit yesterday after we discovered that a second fraudulent mortgage assignment was recorded a year after the first one and after BAC dismissed their first fraudulent foreclosure complaint not wanting to comply with our discovery. All we want to know is who was the beneficiary of our mortgage payments and no one would tell us, so we refused to turn over money to BAC claiming to be the servicer for an elusive noteholder. Of course, BAC claims to be the noteholder now, but refuses to explain how they became the noteholder.
