    need t check and see who owns the note or mortgage
    my lender bank of america
    send me a documentyesterday
    for me to sign and release myself of my house
    as there is short sale offer on house
    for $ 62 000
    i owe $ 150 000 on this house
    it is called
    cooperate document
    where all the difference will be waived
    and $ 3000 will be given for moving
    should i sign the documenta
