The Role of the Clerks of Court as Public Trustee……Really?

fl-court-clerksSo I was reading up on the function of the Clerk of Court and I read all this great stuff about public trust and responsibility and all this stuff….but isn’t that all just really nonsense given what we know about how grossly violated the public trust has been throughout the ongoing fraudclosure desecration?
Our nation’s formerly sacred records are just an ashtray that the banking industry just snuffs out their dirty old stogies.
An can someone please give me one example of a single person or company being punished or sanctioned or even given a good stern talking to for committing fraud, forgery, perjury in the context of our public records?
I’ll just keep waiting here……
They really need to update the website….
The Role of the Clerks of Courts is to bend to whatever the banks want us to do……

The Constitution of the State of Florida

Um… So if you think you have a case, and cause of action, go for enforcement.
There are a number of statues and opinions about the necessity of the Clerks of Court to maintain the integrity of the public records, to prevent their use for fraud, and to report filings which have badges of fraud.
A quote from one: The Clerk of Court “in carrying out this duty and in order to protect the integrity of the public records and to avoid participating in the use of the public records as an instrument of deception instrument of deception….”
