The Complaint in the US District Court has no case number, no file stamp, does not show that it has ever been filed and none of the signatures on behalf of the attorneys general bears any date. One wonders if this Complaint was ever even filed. Sorry for my suspicions, but this document does not look authentic to me. There is no evidence that there has been an assignment to a judge. When was it filed? What is the case number? When did the AGs sign this? WHO IS THE JUDGE?
