Every day now, the major newspapers are reporting on what we’ve been saying for months or years….the foreclosure process is so flawed that it cannot be trusted. But don’t listen to me, read the NEW YORK TIMES on the subject:
The real tragedy about all of this is that the courts did not step up, step in and demand an end to the fraud and nonsense that permeates foreclosures. Quite the contrary in fact, our courts even in spite of all these announcements are just marching right along as if nothing is wrong.
It’s as if your teenage child has been smoking crack in front of you for years and the parent did nothing. Finally, the child looks the parent in the eyes and says, “Dad, smoking crack is illegal and bad so I’m going to stop.” Why have our courts totally failed us all? Why have the trial courts just ignored all of this for so long?

Matt, in my opinion until the media quits using “flawed documents” and correctly identify them as “fraudulent documents” the courts have not been accused of SJ based upon fraud. I am not a lawyer but I have not found where a SJ can be vacated because of flawed documents. But, they can be vacated because of fraud on the court. Therein lies the veil of protection behind which the judges, banks, robo signers, docx makers, and shyster plaintiff attorneys can hide. Why is the media so fearful to call these documents fraudulent? We need congressional hearings in Washington on MERS and these fake docx being manufactured. Until Washington takes notice, the American people will be removed from their homes by inside banking thugs, something we would not allow a foreign nation or group to do. Thanks Sir for your great defense work.

LOOK up the government of the united states on Dunn & Brad Street..
the courts and ALL other dept of gov. are for profit private corporations, heavily invested in MBS, among other things this is a total conflict of interest. DEMAND THE JUDGES TO BE RECUSED.
