It is utterly infuriating what courts allow banks to get away with in the context of foreclosure proceedings.
It most often feels like it doesn’t matter what at all they do wrong….because the court is going to bend over backwards and break whatever rules are required to serve the interests of banks.
The case below is the latest example of this. A homeowner is not named even named as a defendant in the lawsuit. No matter though….a Final Judgment of Foreclosure is entered anyway….
