I recognize the very real risks that I take by sticking my neck out and speaking the truth.
I take those threats seriously.
I know that there are very rich and powerful forces who want nothing more than to destroy me.
Just a few minutes ago my secretary handed to me an envelope with no return address that had only two piece of paper:
1. One of my original business cards.
2. A cut out piece of paper that reads, “In The Supreme Court of Florida, The Florida Bar, Petitioner”
Seems to me that this is a not too subtle threat, huh?
Well, come forth from the shadows whomever you are. Â No sense in hiding. I’m certain that when things come, it will be big and they will be playing for keeps. I sense this as an epic showdown, a battle between the forces of good and evil. A battle between what is right and what is wrong. A battle for the heart and soul of this nation and every single one of us.
Nearly everyone who has stood up has faced threats and persecutions, they come from many different directions. Â This time will be no different.
I thank all of you out there in advance for your continued support and I’m reminded of this quote from Ben Franklin:
We’ll either hang together or we’ll hang separately.

Matt, whoever is not all that intelligent. No comma after St. Petersburg. And, if this is some judge doing this he is on dope or something. To me the handwriting looks like that of an alcoholic. I am sure whoever intended the letter to be some kind of a threat. But I would not fear, the sender has as much guts as a fishing worm. Yes, indeed, it is the likes of a night worm to do something like this. Crawl out of his whole when no one is looking to poop all over the place and then crawl back in and hide before the sun comes up. Matt, you are an Ironman in the courts. Do not worry about these who send such letters. I would advise that in the future any mail with no return address be put into a box out in the shed and open them all ten years from now. They will have as much value after ten years as they do now. Stay in there Counselor. You are defending the Constutitutional rights of the people.

Hope you had your locals dust for fingerprints on the enclosures…if the stamp is not self-stick…DNA may be present…same with a licked envelope…you’re running for office correct? Secret Service…are they available and FBI…good handwriting for comparisons rather than typed…I’m sure you’re doing what you can.
Yep, this is the arena that people disappear; are bought off if possible and otherwise unmentionable things happen…that’s where we are and the mainstream has no clue. The brave ones started this Country and we need those like you and a few I know to take it back but will be a difficult and dangerous road. Absolute power and money corrupts absolutely. That these felons aren’t in jail shows you what we’re dealing with…let alone the treason taking place from the administration to the courts. Quite a challenge ahead.

They will do what they do…what does it matter anyway? The truth is so much larger than any one of us are prepared to know.
One thing is for sure Matt, the name of the defendant that was cut off of that threatening correspondence was NOT that of a SINGLE Florida foreclosure mill attorney that KNOWINGLY and FLAGRANTLY lied under oath or engaged in rampant frauds and document forgeries related to one or thousands of wrongful foreclosure cases for his/her “bank” client, because THAT is apparently NOT something of interest to those “regulating” the profession.
Ironic then that a nameless bullying thug would therefore use such a sideways reference to the FL Bar “enforcer” as a cowardly threat of retaliation against you for exercising your constitutionally protected right to express opinions.
I’m reminded that in Pino, we shall soon see whether – in this Florida Supreme Court – there actually exists any real concern for the integrity of the Florida legal profession or the Court system it oversees when it is corrupted by frauds upon the court by its very own “officers” (attorneys). The Florida Bar has already indicated its disinterest by its inaction.
I am not an attorney, so I suppose I am am free to express my opinion regarding what I observe as the state of affairs in Florida.
If we must hang, then “hang loose,” Matt. Unlike your anonymous postal correspondent, at least you have a pair.

knowledge to run a successful, state wide election for FL AG. Please develop a staff and statewide group in every FL county for your support for AG. The problems start with the Senate and trickle down. We can fix the problems. We hire the people in Washington and we didn’t prequalify our employees well enough. We have 33 employees out of 100 to replace in the Senate, in 2012. We need to hit the ground running and find some new people to send to Washington.
