Mirror Lake Historic District: St. Petersburg Violates Florida Law

In July 2023, the Florida Legislature passed a law banning any local initiative or referendum involving land use.

Yet, the City of St. Petersburg moved forward with ballots to form the Mirror Lake Historic District.

🚨 This was a direct violation of that new law.
