This is a bit off the direct foreclosure topic, but the BP Deepwater Horizon disaster makes me furious. It is related to the foreclosure crisis we’re all fighting because it’s yet another example of big fat businesses ignoring corporate responsibility in pursuit of naked pursuit of profit.
The real story is BP knew they were getting into real danger for weeks and months before the disaster. I want you to watch the following interview from 60 minutes….it’s from an employee who worked on the rig and he was warning for weeks that a catastrophe was about to occur.
