The most infuriating thing about this is:a) the paltry fine; b) the evidence of government corruption the whole incident represents; c) the fact that not much press is reporting on this; d) the fact that no oil company criminals have been sent to jail; e) the fact that the general public is not rioting in the streets; 4) all of the above!
