The latest scam targeting homeowners is not the 49 State Attorney General Sellout anymore….it’s a “lawsuit” called Abeel v. Bank of America.
I wonder how long it will take before the Federal Judge presiding over the case hauls these people into court and tears them apart….I’d really like to get my hands on a copy of that transcript.
The lawsuit invokes the name of one of the true heroes in the fight to protect consumers, Neil Barofsky…attributing to him a statement that he did not make….
In the District Court lawsuit, Spire Law Group, LLP “” on behalf of home owner across the Country and New York taxpayers, as well as under other taxpayer recompense laws “” has expanded its mass tort action into federal court in Brooklyn, New York, seeking to halt all foreclosures nationwide pending the return of the $43 trillion ($43,000,000,000.00) by the ” Banksters” and their co-conspirators, seeking an audit of the Fed and audits of all the ” bailout programs” by an independent receiver such as Neil Barofsky, former Inspector General of the TARP program who has stated that none of the TARP money and other ” bailout money” advanced from the Treasury has ever been repaid despite protestations to the contrary by the Defendants as well as similar protestations by President Obama and the Obama Administration both publicly on national television and more privately to the United States Congress. Because the Obama Administration has failed to pursue any of the ” Banksters” criminally, and indeed is actively borrowing monies for Mr. Obama’s campaign from these same ” Banksters” to finance its political aspirations, the national group of plaintiff home owners has been forced to now expand its lawsuit to include racketeering, money laundering and intentional violations of the Iranian Nations Sanctions and Embargo Act by the national banks included among the ” Bankster” Defendants.
I can only imagine the hard core solicitation machine that’s cranking up and wonder how many tens of thousands of dollars consumers are throwing at this thing.
I only hope someone can shut this nonsense down before more homeowners are sucked in….
You and your firm should learn to fight rather than kiss @$$ as you normally do. No way I would ever vote for you as you have great lines but are no better than the ones you criticize.
Lets see if you publish open opinion’s and comments.
not sure what your point is, but this whole thing is not helpful….
HIS POINT ! MR. WEIDNER LMFAO ! ANOTHER LOSER ! YOUR NOT BS ME JESSE ! YOUR A FLOG AND HAVE NO CLUE ! OR YOUR ENVELOPES ARE EARLY !! SHARK TIME !!! ?? FUNNY THING IS PONZI ERA IS AN OLD BYE A PIECE OF THE BROOKYLN BRIDGE ! AMAZING HOW YOYO’S START BOGUS BS? IF YOU WERE HOMELESS ? NO RESPECT !
Let’s get something straight before you put it down like you did here most of these homeowners paid nOthing for this suit!
i wish you the best of luck, but this thing is a mess that will put people in jeopardy….
What is it that Neil did NOT say? Tell us more about why this is a scam.
Neil Barofsky did not say what is attributed to him adn using his name is not appropiate.
I’m guessing that you haven’t seen Murray LLP’s Bringaclaim.com website yet, Attorney Weidner.
can you explain why you defame the lawsuit and have underlined the text in it and for what purpose? i can’t quite put together what you mean by this. thank you
Neil Barofsky did not say what he is quoted as saying..and using his good name in support of this is not appropriate….
C’mon Matt, give us a break. Every law suit I’ve won has begun with a press release and a false quote of a nationally known figure.
Matt,
I have been getting the same sort of attacks whenever and wherever I try to point out just how flawed the Spire Law Group complaint really is. This thing has the potential to wreck havoc on the legitimate complaints out there, not to mention the losses that will be suffered by those homeowners who have been taken in by this scam and may not be able to proceed against the Banks once this complaint is exposed for what it really is.
Unless the people behind these attacks are somehow connected with the Spire Group I can find no other explanation for the viral attacks against anyone who questions the authenticity of the complaint and the law firm behind it.
Besides the fact that it might take a decade just to get through all of the 12(b)(6) motions that would surely be filed if this is allowed to proceed.

First things first: What wrongdoing, exactly, does the complaint allege?
(I don’t think one lawsuit can wreak havoc on another lawsuit. Judges are smart enough to keep things straight.)
All the best to your excellent future it will do amazing source to every one, nice creativity……
