You think we’ve got real problems with Due Process in courts now….just wait till the world finds out about the absolutely Kafka-esque student loan debt collection “procedures”
Actually, there are not any real procedures….an employer just gets a notice that they must start sending 15% of a defaulted student’s earnings…….
I’m just just digging into this new scandal now……
