This is in fact one of the most important issues in foreclosure….the 3rd District Court of Appeals first found that there WAS a statute of limitations in foreclosure…but now it appears they may recede from this position and determine that there is NO statute of limitations in foreclosure.
I mean, seriously, does anyone think that the banks are not going to get their way?
