It’s not the best sounding video, but it is a good argument if you are able to turn it up. Pay close attention to just how calm, how professional and respectful all the parties in this argument are. Importantly, you do not get any sense at all that the appellate panel are not treating a foreclosure case any differently than they would a death penalty case.
