There is no question that many judges are frustrated, but most not so frustrated that they are yet willing to do….anything of real consequence to hold banks accountable. Certainly the arrogance of banks, especially as we see it played out in foreclosure courtrooms remains exceedingly strong.

In my practice I see judges now open and receptive to real arguments and defenses presented by homeowner attorneys….and we are getting real results for homeowners.

Yes, the tide is turning.
