I disagree with the way the chief judge has supported all kinds of illegal documents in his circuit. He knows right well nearly all of the foreclosures are perjured. He knows assignments are forged. He knows MERS has claimed to assign promissory notes when it has no legal right to do so. This chief judge should show himself to be worthy of his robe and demand all foreclosure cases be stopped until this fraud on his courts has ceased.
