Too bad it’s in New York. I wish judges were doing things like this in Florida, but we see very little of this sort of thing. What we do see is continued abuse by the banks and law firms (I’m still getting complaints that are non-verified even today). As a taxpayer I wonder why this is still allowed to occur. I wonder why there is no consequence to blatantly violating the rules of the Supreme Court of Florida…I find it all so mind blowing….
