I’m not sure I want my home back. I’ll take the equity and triple damages for fraud though. Then there’s the false arrest and false imprisonment and false charges that were almost immediately dropped because the judge didn’t want me in front od a jury which is what a criminal prosecution of ‘obstructing and resisting’ would have allowed me to have. $10,000,000 seems fair. I’ll split that 50/50 with the right attorney. It’s a slam dunk. I have ALL of my documentation. I even have a letter threatening retaliation by the corporate counsel of the county this took place in. Who’s in? randyfricke@yahoo.com if you can help.
