Looks like a Notice of Appearance on behalf of Bank of NY Mellon has been filed by Florida Attorney Bruce S. Rogow. His advertised areas of practice are 1) criminal defense law and 2) first amendment law.
Either 1) applies or 2) does. I would bet that 2) will be their path and Attorney Rogow will run with the dissent and seek to stop the Court from even opening this issue back up. Thoughts?
