Far too many people read things about estate planning, preparing wills or engaging in the estate planning process without the help of an attorney because they’ve read things on the internet or believe they can do it themselves.
But no matter what the area of the law, there is a reason why attorneys spend decades, “in practice”…because everyday we’re learning something new…important details that make all the difference in the world.
Especially in the space of estate planning and probate work, the small amount of money paid up front can be just a tiny fraction of money saved when real problems develop.
