This exchange really happened and the sad thing is the plaintiff attorney is correct. I am right on these cases, on these issues. The bank lawyers are hopelessly, embarrassingly unprepared or just flat out unable to put their case together given the rules, the laws and the facts of their cases, but the courts are now in the position of being the strongest advocates for banks and the lawyers they have that cannot accomplish the goal that has been pre-determined by the legislature.
