It’s hard for some attorneys (those who still believe in the integrity of our courts and the process) to believe just how flawed and desecrated our court system has become and how this desecration is on display in the foreclosure courtroom. Every day fundamental law and rules are ignored thousands of times a day all across this state by judges who are blind to the long term consequences of this insanity.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t often occur in the presence of a court reporter so it’s hard to track and document these errors. In the following appeal however, you can read the error and the fight all for yourself. You can feel the judge just ignoring the facts and the law, hell bent on granting the foreclosure…and again and again I ask, “Why?” Why does this judge feel compelled to grant this foreclosure? Why is he so quick to ignore the facts and the law. Oh yeah, and how do you think the judge feels when the Plaintiff in this case takes the unusual step of admitting….We were wrong your honor. How can this Florida State Justice run amock without any civil rights consequences .
What happened during 1960’s when Southern Justices were forced in line by the Federal Judges
against racial segregation . Which was very common in the Southern states . Here again we find ourselves like the pre Civil rights Blacks suffering descrimination from again those ” Southern Judges” who rip up and use the Constitutional 5th and 14th Amendment’s like bathroom paper . Can’t these Judge be forced ..like the racist southern judges of the 60’s ..to follow the Constitution by the Federal Supreme Court Judges .
Maybe, Floridian lawyers fear the repraisals that they would suffer from the Circuit Judges..that unfortunately they have to work with in their daily cases . But I am a Florida U.S. citizen , who has nothing to lose , and I will take up the Flag of Protest against these fraudulant Judges . and with help from attorneys who may want to remain in the background , I understand that . I just need legal advice so I can file a Federal Complaint against the Florida Circuit Court for violating basic Constitutional Rights . Help me start this offense against these abusive Florida Judges .

Who was the judge? We need to spread the word on who the judges are who are doing this so they can be voted out. The people need to be made aware of who the judges are who are ignoring the procedures and law.
