Florida's Foreclosure "Reform"….Will Governor Scott Veto This Absurdly Unconsitutional Legislation Or Will Our Appeal Strike it Down?

Look, granted I’m a bit biased here, but the reality is the foreclosure bill passed by the Florida Legislation not only will not work, because it is fatally flawed, but it is impermissible in so many ways.
There are a few things we learned in civics class, things like Separation of Powers.   These are little things that should be respected….or at least acknowledged.
Make a political calculation here…it’s going to go down in flames anyway….so make a political calculation here….veto it.
