Florida Supreme Court Wont Sanction Fraud After Voluntary Dismissal in Mortgage Foreclosures

Bombshell opinion out of the highest Court in the State of Florida. Pinho v. Bank of New York, SC11-967. This decision represents a call from our Supreme Court to the State’s Attorney General to prosecute cases of alleged fraud after the Courts are divested of jurisdiction.
