The entire State of Florida including our state’s legal system will forever be tainted by how the Florida Attorney General’s office dealt with the investigations the office itself had initiated.
We must not lose sight of how the entire fraudclosure scandal has brought our legal system into ill repute. The fallout continues even today and arguably, we have not yet even begun to feel the fallout.
The general public really needs to understand how dangerous and uncomfortable it is to defend consumers and take on the banks, the law firms and the government institutions that are owned by the dark forces that continue to wreak such havoc all across this country.
And if it can happen to these two lawyers who had just received Distinguished Service Awards and then got fired shortly thereafter, just think about the dangers for everyone else……
You are right Matt, “The fallout continues even today and arguably, we have not yet even begun to feel the fallout.”
The state of Wyoming has advanced legislation to prepare for a national meltdown, according to a post on the Solari Report February 26, 2012. “State representatives on Friday advanced legislation to launch a study into what Wyoming should do in the event of a complete economic or political collapse in the United States. House Bill 85 passed on first reading by a voice vote. It would create a state-run government continuity task force, which would study and prepare Wyoming for potential catastrophes, from disruptions in food and energy supplies to a complete meltdown of the federal government.”

According to The Casper Star-Tribune at trib.com, “The task force would look at the feasibility of Wyoming issuing its own alternative currency, if needed.”

Has Florida made any such preparations? Other than a free-for-all, everyone for themselves?
