  This is a typical ponzi scheme on a global scale. The rush to bail out banks in the US and small countries in Europe is the same as a ponzi scheme operator paying off inquisitive investors in order to keep the ponzi scheme going.

  Ponzi scheme operators only have one goal: delay the inevitable as long as possible.
