You really gotta know the full back story on this whole case to understand why it’s so infuriating…you see, banks all across this country break laws, break rules, abuse people, cheat in court…and get away with it! But not every time.
In this particular case, Wells Fargo engaged in grossly abusive practice, we won at court…and then Wells had the audacity to appeal.
The appellate court smacked them down with a reversal…almost immediately.
The whole beginning of the argument is Wells Fargo attorney acting like this is just some plain vanilla procedural problem. Ignoring the dirty tricks Wells attorneys played in trial court.
