BofA TrashOut Story is One Of St. Petersburg Times’ Top Ten of The Year

Lenders kicking down doors and taking their property is a component of the foreclosure crisis that I find particularly appalling. I’ve got several cases that I’m actively pursuing and it makes me furious that law enforcement fails to intervene in these cases, much less arrest anyone.
I’M FIGHTING HARD TO MAKE THE BANKS UNDERSTAND THEY CANNOT STEP FOOT ONTO YOUR PROPERTY UNLESS THEY HAVE A COURT ORDER, BUT THEY DO NOT CARE, THEY CONTINUE TO DO IT ANYWAY. I’M NOT GOING TO STOP UNTIL THIS MADNESS STOPS!
You hear me on this blog sounding loud warning alarms about the dangers that our broad spread of complacency. Quite simply the banks know they can get away with anything because Americans will just lie down and take it. One of the more extreme examples is the Cardoso case out of Hernando County. They didn’t even have a mortgage….any mortgage on the home when Bank of America kicked down their doors and took their belongings and seized the home.

SPRING HILL — Charlie and Maria Cardoso are among the millions of Americans who have experienced the misery and embarrassment that come with home foreclosure.
Just one problem: The Massachusetts couple paid for their future retirement home in Spring Hill with cash in 2005, five years before agents for Bank of America seized the house, removed belongings and changed the locks on the doors, according to a lawsuit the couple have filed in federal court.
This case happened months ago, but it’s time to log on and leave your comments……time for Times to do a follow up of other cases….

BREAKING AND ENTERING IS NOT A CRIME!

Not so long ago in this country breaking into another person’s home would clearly have been a crime.
When law enforcement cared. When those we elected to protect us cared. When Judges cared.
But that was long ago. Before the banks, foreclosure mills and Wall Street criminals took over this country and trampled on the rights of any soul who dared cross them or get in their way. Today we live in a much different world. The banks and their agents are emboldened. They fear no government official. They fear no judge. They are restrained by no law.
I have begun collecting terrifying examples of bank terror and will continue to publish the examples. For starters, I want each of you to read the lawsuit I’ve just filed. Read carefully the allegations made in the lawsuit, but most importantly read the report from the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Department. Read the findings of fact. Two thugs broke into a home, moved property around, helped themselves to a beer. The thugs returned and boldly told their victims they would return to terrorize again. Two visitors to our country were terrified. Thousands of dollars in property was stolen. But the Sheriff’s office can seem to find a crime here.
The thing that terrifies me most about the incidents described in this lawsuit is the fact that I have logged dozens of phone calls to various levels of authority within the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office. I have spoken with street officers, detectives, supervisors, even internal affairs. My calls have been ignored. I’m not sure if I’ve gotten high enough up the chain of command, but I’m going to keep working, keep calling and keep filing lawsuits until this issue gets the attention that it deserves.
Pay attention to the facts in this case and be appalled, but sit tight and stay tuned because as bad as the facts in this case are, I’ve got worse cases and am preparing to file additional cases with even more grotesque facts. If law enforcement, particularly our elected Sheriff will no longer protect us in our homes, who can we count on to protect our families? When one of these lender break ins results in physical harm either in Charlotte County or in some other county across this country, law enforcement cannot stand by and say they were unaware of this phenomena.
Please share your examples with me. We cannot stand by and allow these fundamental violations of rights to occur. I hope that press picks up on these stories and that our elected officials and judges will wake up serve those they took an oath to protect.
The StormTroopers Are Coming To Break Down YOUR Door!

They’re coming to kick down YOUR door.
They’re going to change YOUR locks.
They’re going to destroy YOUR property.
They’re going to terrorize YOUR family.
They’re going to ignore YOUR neighbors who try to stop them.
They’re going to ignore YOUR elected Sheriff and law enforcment.
No one cares and No one is going to do anything about it.
Look carefully at the pictures above. Consider that it was not so long ago that first a country and then a whole world devolved into violent chaotic inhumanity because good people stood by while those around them were terrorized and persecuted. In some ways America today isn’t so much different than pre-Nazi German in the first part of the last century. Amidst economic decline powerful forces rose up and confronted first the weaker minority populations among them. Government, leaders and the other people just sat back and watched it happen. The terror was isolated at first, but because these evil forces were not opposed it spread across a country, then a continent, then the world.
Over the last several months, I’ve begun collecting chilling stories of modern day storm troopers kicking down the doors of your neighbors. Some were in foreclosure but some were not yet even in foreclosure. That’s right, no case had been filed against them at all. Their property has been thrown on the streets. They have been terrorized. The stormtroopers might have been chased away, but they promised to come back and they did. The victims called law enforcement, but law enforcement failed to do anything. Your local Sheriff turned his back and refused to protect the less fortunate neighbor that he took a Constitutional oath to defend and protect. I’ve contacted the Sheriff’s office on numerous occasions. I explained the facts and they told me they would do nothing.
WE ARE DOOMED AS A COUNTRY WHEN CITIZENS CAN NOT COUNT ON LAW ENFORCEMENT TO PROTECT US FROM POWERFUL LAWLESS CRIMINALS
The following is just one example of a story reported to me, but there are countless other such terrifying stories from all across the country. Next week I will file the first of its kind lawsuit against one such group of criminal stormtroopers. I will continue to search for more examples and will work to root out this pervasive evil that is casting such a terrifying and evil shadow across this once-great country. I implore each of you that reads this blog to share this story. Share this with everyone you can. Contact your local and national press. Make sure everyone you know is aware this is really happening. When it happens to you or to them, at least you can say you didn’t stand by while it was happening. And now, read for yourself how this happens.
While the story above is certainly bad, the cases I will be filing next week have even more terrifying facts. The thing that terrifies me most about this phenomena is how many people, including law enforcement do not see this for what it is and how they do not understand that these storm troopers and the banks that employ them will only become more bold. If we don’t stop them now,
I want every judge, every sheriff, every attorney, every reporter to look carefully at these pictures and read this post very carefully. I want you all to pay attention to this site and to review the sworn lawsuits that I will be filing over the next couple weeks to consider just how valid and real the fears that I hope I’m stoking in this post are.Banks are Home Invasion Felons- Why No Criminal Charges?

Attached here is yet another story of a bank kicking down the door, drilling out the locks and attempting to take the property of a homeowner.
In this case they totally had the wrong home, but in thousands of other cases across the country, they get away with burglarizing homes, stealing property and violating the most basic and fundamental laws because they cannot be caught or when they are caught noone is willing to stand up to them.
I want to expose this practice and go after these banks for engaging in this systematic campaign of wrongdoing. If they believe they can get away with it, they will only become more emboldened.

Two weeks ago, I posted a report on my blog about Bank of America breaking down the doors and seizing a home in Brooksville, Florida. Earlier today, I reported another example where BofA seized my client’s home. In today’s St. Petersburg Times, they report on the Brooksville Seizure story. The article can be found here. This phenomena of Banks, and BofA in particular, seizing homes is truly terrifying….it’s nice to know this is getting attention of the mainstream media.
