Two weeks ago, I posted a report on my blog about Bank of America breaking down the doors and seizing a home in Brooksville, Florida. Earlier today, I reported another example where BofA seized my client’s home. In today’s St. Petersburg Times, they report on the Brooksville Seizure story. The article can be found here. This phenomena of Banks, and BofA in particular, seizing homes is truly terrifying….it’s nice to know this is getting attention of the mainstream media.

Time to wake up and stop all this. Take minor steps but do something. Understand what they’re doing.
Type in “The Florida Fair Credit and Homeowner Relief Act” for another example of how the Bankers are making a massive power grab to subvert homeowner’s most basic rights.
