I have NO Plaintiff & actually NO opposing Counsel. All my Motions denied without any hearings, I requested them several times providing self-addressed envelopes. Senior Judges refused to set even Evidentiary Hearing, they refused to change a Venue, to substitute a Party Plaintiff, everything!And immediately, the very next day! They do not give an opportunity to opposing Counsel to REPLY. All my Mo-s gone uncontested, no one my Discovery Request is unswered. So, it is almoust ready the new Complaint against Bank, opposing lawyers & corrupted judges. Counts: Extrinsic Fraud, Conspiracy, others. Do you want help me with this new Case?
