I am one of those still fighting,lost already one home in 2011,now still fighting for my primary residenz,spend 14500.00 in 2010 for loanaudit-was a scam,attorney general in cali sued them on behalf of all victims,they filed bankrupcty,won smallclaim for 7500.00 against them,but can not collect,gave another attorney 2500.00 for helping with loanmod,did not do anything ,sued him in smallclaim,got 1250 back,now 2 years later bank still dont modify and threating with foreclosre,for christ sake where is help and justice ,there all in it together!!!!!!!
