I am in a 5 yr % rate only, and now in the 50th month, and borrowed 200.00 and now after 48 mos the balance grew to 220.oo$, I dont remember at the closing that the principal would grow that much, i dont beleive magnus financial followed RESPA guidelines, do i havee any recourse. thanks Richard in fort myers.
