Dear Matt,

From NY, I totally empathize I was able to get a dismissal based on fraudulent assignment, inter alia, photo-shopped signatures, is of another concern, and I agree the FDCPA should be part of pleadings or MTD.

Every ethical and competent attorney, as a true advocate has the initial responsibility to vet each documents, by authenticating these, in light of new tech era, which lends itself to fraudulent abuses. If it is not an original DUE DILIGENCE begs the question is it authentic?

How refreshing to find comrades of justice elsewhere. Often you dialogue these matters of the reality of the fraudulent abuse and my projection that the over whelming majority of foreclosed homes recently in this country and now internationally stem from these abuses with no respect for the rule of law with other attorneys, and few even have a basic concept. Hence, it is refreshing to find a kindred intellect and spirit!
